  • Busy Weekend

    Sorry I haven’t been active on here the past few days or written any posts. I was busy all weekend. On Saturday my boyfriend, parents and I were invited over to the neighbors house for a cookout. It started at 4pm, but before that, we went to a flea market that’s not too far from the house.

    We stayed at the neighbors house until almost 7pm and then got ready to leave to go to Gettysburg.
    I didn’t take many pictures. We only went to Sachs Bridge because by the time we got out there, the battlefield would have been closing soon.
    We went to the Haunted Gettysburg store. Bob Wasel (one of the authors of the Haunted Gettysburg book series) signed a book that I had brought along and signed one that I bought at the store as well. 
    We were out at Sachs Bridge for a while. It was nice, but really hot and humid out. 
    Yesterday Marc and I went to see Monsters University. It was really good. It was funny and I really enjoyed it.
    After that, we went out to eat and went to Wal-mart for a few things.
    So I haven’t had much time to be online this weekend. I was online for a few hours after coming home from Gettysburg. I stayed up long enough to watch Mountain Monsters. Once it was over, I went to bed. It’s been a busy, but nice weekend.

  • Sounds like you had a good fun weekend! I’m so glad!
    Even with the rain we got…we still enjoyed 4th celebrations of BBQ and fireworks with family and friends. Also, to got go see a movie with friends…then out to dinner. Watched a couple movies at home, bought some b-day cards for some upcoming birthdays, browsed in some other shops, did some reading, laundry, many walks with my pooch, etc. A good weekend all in all!
    I want to see the Monsters University movie! I loved the first one they made!

  • sounds like you had a great weekend.  We went out to eat Friday night……the first Friday of every month, there’s a street festival not far from our house where they have crafts and stuff for sale.  Its always fun and this time because of the 4th of July, they had a band and fireworks.  Other than that, we just kind of hung out, planted some flowers in the garden……
